Go into your dashboard to Layout and click on fonts and colors....scroll down in the choices until you get to the title font box...messing with the size of the font can help move it a little! Also changing the color sometimes will make it easier to see.
I have no idea about anything having to do with html. But have you tried doing a google search? That might be helpful. I will ask around and see what I can find out.
